Vikrant attended the screening of his latest film, Sabarmati Report, at Parliament’s Balayogi Hall on Monday evening. This was his first public appearance after announcing his retirement from cinema. While it was good to talk about watching the film with Prime Minister Narendra Modi and members of Parliament, he avoided questions about his retirement from films. When reporters asked him about his Instagram post, he simply walked away without talking about it, and his co-star Raashi Khanna took over the film.

When watching the movie with the Prime Minister

Speaking to ANI and journalists present there, Vikrant described watching the film with the Prime Minister as the “highest point of his career”. He said: I watched the film with the Prime Minister, all the ministers, and many representatives. It was a special experience. I still can’t fully express it in words because I’m so happy… This is the highest point in my career, that I was able to watch my film with the Prime Minister. Vikrant retires from films
